Our registration system has been devised to save our clients valuable time, resources and to virtually alleviate the tiresome task of collecting, processing and altering invitee information.
Any client who wishes to utilise this service will have a set of “information gathering fields” specifically designed for the personal event requirements.
Our system will allow your delegates to receive information about the event, enter all of their meeting requirements such as bedrooms, car parking and meal options. If a mistake is made at any point this will be identified by our fool proof info check that must be competed prior to submitting or declining an attendance.
Should circumstances change, as they invariably do, the system will allow individuals to log on and amend their information. All details are compiled into a master database for your company contact to keep a close eye on.
